COOKING CLASS POLICY Cooking Class Policies 1. Class Registration: • All classes must be booked in advance via the website or by contacting directly. • Payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot. 2. Cancellations & Refunds: • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the class to receive a full refund or reschedule. • No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded. 3. Class Requirements: • Participants must arrive on time for check-in and preparation. ALL GUEST ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN WAIVER! • Proper kitchen attire is required (e.g., closed-toe shoes, hair tied back). • Minimum age for participation is 21+(e.g., 21 years old unless specified as a family class). 4. Class Conduct: • Respectful behavior is expected from all participants. • Any participant displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior may be asked to leave without a refund. Cooking With Ms Princess has a right to refuse service or goods to anyone. 5. Allergy & Dietary Concerns: • Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. • While efforts will be made to accommodate, cross-contamination is possible. 6. Class Changes: • Classes may be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment). Participants will be notified and given options to reschedule or receive a refund. 7. Third party bookings or discrepancies must be handled directly through vendor.
